This course affords HC the modern day HC practitioner, to have a fundamental understanding and ability in process management in order to deliver true value to the business.

Programme Outline:

The myriad of processes and tasks which take place in Human Capital functions every day are often taken for granted, put into silos and overlooked in favour of the 'fancier' Human Capital activities.

Business process is quite often 'parked' in a specialist job role but, for the modern day Human Capital practitioner, having a fundamental understanding and ability in process management is essential to deliver true value to the business.

Planning and administering the activities necessary in achieving a high level of performance in Human Capital processes, together with identifying opportunities for improving quality and operational performance are critical factors in the function's ability to make a meaningful contribution. This practical course takes a detailed look at the design, control and improvement of key business processes, problem solving methods and tools to improve service delivery in HR in the context of modern HC operating models.
