Qbit Group was originally registered as SBS (Systemic Business Solutions) (Pty) Ltd in 2003.  It is a BEE-certified enterprise which currently consists of two entities: Qbit Align and Qbit Engage.

Qbit Align, our niche consulting entity, focuses on the integration of people, process and technology within organisations.  We do this through  Qbit designed and developed standards, tools and concepts which together define a methodology for transformation in people management.

Qbit Engage provides training and development courses designed to up-skill and shape a new generation of practitioners - practitioners ready to approach Human Capital in the pro-active, well-equipped and well-rounded way that organisations will require for the future.  Our courses are all underpinned by the Qbit methodology.
